As an employer you have rights and responsibilities under the Worker’s Compensation and Injury Management Act. Information regarding those rights and responsibilities can be found here.
We also provide other services to employers, such as setting up internal injury management systems; developing detailed job profiles; job and hazard identification; hazard reporting for Worksafe and a variety of other services related to health and wellbeing. SalusWA can also provide Employee Assistance Programmes to your staff. This allows your staff to access counselling services when they are are experiencing non-work related issues. Often this can prevent time off work and make for a more productive workplace.
